Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will be traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.
You are someone who takes pride in your work, operating with high integrity and efficiency while serving customers. You have an eye for the details and go above & beyond to make an impact on our customers!
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize vacation rental properties and residential homes according to company standards
- Strip and remake beds, change linens, and manage laundry as required
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen essentials
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down all surfaces
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow detailed checklists and property-specific instructions
- Communicate with your supervisor or team lead for daily scheduling and updates
- Ensure all assigned properties are guest-ready by check-in time
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (especially in vacation rentals or hospitality)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required by location)
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and take pride in your work
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Comfortable using cleaning apps and checklists on your phone
- Must be available on weekends and holidays — our busiest times
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
